The 21st annual Divots & Dimples charity golf outing presented by Hy-Vee will be held on Friday, September 18th at Toad Valley Golf Course.

FORMAT:

4-person best ball

  • Maximum of 2 putts per green
  • If you have already scored a bogey you can pick up your ball and count that as your score

 (Can buy a $25 bonus pack which includes 3 raffle tickets, 3 mulligans, Putting Challenge coupon and Forward Set of Tees opportunity)

 

PRICE:

$100/golfer, $400/team

  • Price includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, goodie bag and dinner

Registration starts at 11:30 A.M. and 12:30 P.M. shotgun start

  • Trivia Challenge – $10 (Correct answer gets to take 1 stroke off your team score)
  • Dice Game Challenge – $5 per try (high score receives a $100 VISA gift card)
  • Magic Square Challenge – $5 per try (2 squares selected – your square picked = $100 VISA gift card)
  • Golf Cannon – $40 per team (all four team members shoot their golf ball out of a cannon to get closer to the green) (Sponsored by Brock Thornton)
